My lack of blogging this past summer has been a result of working as a cook on a guest ranch in Encampment, Wyoming. I was literally in the middle of no where - the closest Walmart was an hour and a half away - but it was simply majestic out there. The sunsets, the stars, the landscape; it is certainly hard to believe that such untouched land still exists here in the United States.
